We are a Real Living Wage employer, with 25 days leave per year, plus bank holidays, and an additional day for every 3 years service.  PDSW offers staff two tickets for each show at our beautiful venue, as well as the option to attend any of our 40+ dance classes per week. We have a Workplace Pension Scheme (NEST) and currently match all contributions up to 4%.

We offer part time, flexible and remote working, subject to the role requirements, and all staff have access to an external Employee Assistance Programme for confidential advice and assistance with personal, legal, financial, and family issues.

PDSW staff have monthly staff meetings, where everyone has a voice;  regular team one to one’s; annual appraisals and an open channel for training requests.  The staff themselves organise relaxed socials, and our Annual Staff Survey gives an opportunity for feedback on anything PDSW.
