PDSW are delighted to welcome West End artist David McMullan to deliver a very special Musical Theatre (closed) workshop for our Learning Associates School partner Bournemouth Poole College.

This is a fantastic opportunity for BTEC Dance & Performing Arts students to take part in a professional-level session with David, who is a highly experienced, dedicated & brilliant educator.

This exciting digital workshop has been created to provide students with an insight into a career within the industry. Our teachers & artists are working extremely hard at the moment to support young people within our dance community; keeping them motivated, inspired & providing them with first-class educational activity. It’s going to be a unique event!

David’s credits include Mary Poppins (Prince Edward), Hairspray (Shaftesbury), Lend Me A Tenor (Theatre Royal, Plymouth), Love Never Dies (Adelphi)  & Pippin (Menier Chocolate Factory), amongst many others. He is currently Resident Choreographer & Swing in the smash-hit West End production of The Book of Mormon.

This event identifies how PDSW offers schools this kind of great experience. If you would like to get involved wth with your school to have a similar opportunity, do get in contact with our Young People’s Producer, Matt Hawksworth at matthewh@pdsw.org.uk
