Residency Open Call

Pavilion Dance South West is offering dance artists or companies based in the South West the opportunity for free use of studio space this summer as part of our support and encouragement of regional artists.

What is involved?

Over the summer season, our building becomes a creation space and we have space available.

Applicants can email directly to jasmine@pdsw.org.uk with the email title ‘Open Residency at PDSW’ alongside:

·         A short accompanying message about what you hope to achieve from a residency at Pavilion Dance South West

·         A recent CV or list of achievements/experience

·         The dates in which you are interested in (you can apply for a maximum of 5 days.)

·         Deadline is 9am 20th July 2018.

Who can apply?

Applicants must be over 18 years of age, or have explicit permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
We will consider applications from anyone associated with, or having a direct connection to Dance, including, but not limited to: performers, producers, technicians, choreographers, set designers, stage managers, educators and lighting and sound specialists.

Why?

We hope this opportunity will provide an opportunity to grow and develop practice in a safe and inclusive environment. There is no expected outcome from this opportunity and no cost to the successful applicant.
