A fun and therapeutic class with movement specifically designed for the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Carers are invited to join in free of charge. Jasmine Taylor and Elizabeth Hooks join forces to deliver a flavour of their New Milton Class.

Parkinson’s Awareness Day

Time: 10.30am to 5pm
Join us for a free event leading up to Parkinson’s Awareness Week.
You’ll get the opportunity to experience Parkinson’s Dance and other creative art-based activities specifically designed for those living with Parkinson’s along with the opportunity to gather more information about the support available, current research and discussion around the condition.
The day is free to attend, however some sessions and workshops have a capacity limit. Please book your space if you wish to attend the following sessions:
