Love Dancing? Love the arts? Love Strictly? Then Business Come Dancing is the glitterball-drenched fundraising event for you!

What is it? This is Pavilion Dance’s annual fundraising dance competition with a sprinkle of glitz and glamour!

Who is it for? Members of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole business community who’d like to raise money for worthwhile community arts projects and have a fabulous time in the process! No dance experience needed!

What does it involve? You will be partnered with a professional dancer who will teach you a routine, and perform with you on the night. From September you’ll have 8 weeks for 8 hours of rehearsal in one of our beautiful Pavilion Dance studios  in Bournemouth. You will then perform your routine, a la Strictly, for your colleagues, friends and family at THE Black Tie Gala event of the year!

When does it take place? Saturday 19th November 2022 at the Highcliff Marriott Hotel in Bournemouth.

How do I fundraise?  Through our online Givey fundraising campaign, a table of 12 tickets for your business at the event, and a donation on sign up. We will be supporting you with your fundraising with every step!

Business Come Dancing is always an incredible experience and participants often continue learning to dance with us long after the event is over! The event helps raise valuable funds for wellbeing and community projects across the BCP region.  Previously we’ve raised over £8000 and this year we hope to beat that with your help!

“It was an amazing evening and I still can’t quite believe we won!! Thank you for all your hard work looking after all of us”

Jane Joy of Hope Housing, Business Come Dancing Winner 2019 – Bollywood

“It was such an amazing experience, I loved every minute, even with the nerves. I felt so proud of myself, and what I achieved, and have had such lovely comments from so many people, family, friends, and even those at the event supporting other dancers”

Phillipa Blunt, Filer Knapper LLP – Irish Dancing

“I can already say that after 2 lessons I LOVE it. For those hours you are in the lesson everything else ceases to matter and I feel I am truly ‘in the moment’, I leave feeling great each and every time. This can only be beneficial both to my physical and mental health and so raising money to help PDSW will in turn help others.”

Sarah Abbott, Sarah Abbott Gardens – Charleston
