There is now un-avoidable evidence proving the positive impact dance can have on children’s physical and mental health, their confidence and self esteem, their education and attainment, and their creativity and sense of place. It can improve cognitive and physical development in Early Years, can be used as a tool to broker conversations into deeper and wider topics for children, or as a mechanism of teaching maths and science.

We are passionate about the benefits of a balanced curriculum and have a track record of working closely with schools to embed a creative and sustainable dance offer both within the curriculum and out-of-school hours.
