Wellbeing Practitioner – SHIFT Dance Programme

We are looking for someone who is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and has experience working with young people to be the Wellbeing Practitioner for SHIFT Dance. An 8-week intervention youth dance & wellbeing programme for young people aged 11-14 that uses movement and wellbeing tools to support participants to increase their self-esteem and sense of belonging. 

The Wellbeing Practitioner will work closely with Wellbeing Producer Lisa Lort and collaborate with the SHIFT Dance Artist to co-design and deliver the programme, combining wellbeing tools and movement skills to nurture young people and their wellbeing.

This contract will cover three SHIFT Dance programmes at Bourne Academy over the 2024/25 academic year.
