Elegant and beautiful, ballet is an art form as well as a total body workout. This basic class is suitable for beginners and those wanting to enjoy a gentle ballet class.
Natasha loves teaching ballet at PDSW. This is a class open to beginners, with fantastic music, a full ballet barre for a proper warm-up, and gorgeous adagios to dance. Natasha has been dancing for over 40 years, from opera to stage movement for actors. During the class you’ll also learn about the great choreographers and ballet’s history. Natasha is a member of the Foundation for Community Dance. Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and holds a PGCE teaching qualification. She does regular dance CPD training, including with Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London.
