Jules began her journey with yoga in her twenties and found yoga was challenging but fell in love with the mind-body experience of the practice. Wanting to continue the yoga journey, Jules completed her National Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification under the direction of Brian Cooper and has been teaching since 2013. Jules loves to share her yoga practice and make it accessible and fun for all. Practice does not need to mean perfection; just allowing yourself chance to breathe and growing from one moment to the next, into places from which we can flourish into the best versions of ourselves.
