This daytime dance fit class will give your body an all-round workout. It includes a mixture of strengthening exercises using elements of body-weight training, zumba, mat work and stretching techniques.

Led by dance teacher Marta Ammendola, each class includes a warm up, cardiovascular section and conditioning exercises, all to target different muscle groups each week. You’ll learn a few fun sequences too and finally, it ends with a restful stretch to leave you feeling energised and ready to tackle the day. 

Strengthen your body and mind by working every part of yourself whilst also enjoying the experience of dancing- a real fun way to exercise!!

This class is open to everyone! We offer mats, but we recommend bringing your own to ensure you have the correct amount of padding for your needs.
