A class which focuses on gentle yoga and somatic movement to release body stress and unwind tension. Accessible for all, this class is more about connecting to yourself through breath and movement, with an embodied approach of listening to the body and an emphasis on self care and nurturing practice.  

Classes include gentle stretching, breathing techniques, somatic relaxation and meditation practices. Somatics is a growing branch of body movement which combines wonderfully with yoga.
