Joie De Vivre is our celebratory day of dance for anyone 50 years and above and leads into the UN’s International day for older people.
The day is a mix of dance tasters for anyone to take part in, no experience necessary and our choreographic workshop with renowned artist Alesandra Seutin for those with some experience looking to be creatively challenged.

Choreographic workshop with Alesandra Seutin – Fresh out of creating the new work ‘Dare I speak’ for the Company of Elders in London; Alesandra Seutin | Vocab Dance will lead a creative workshop where participants will explore physical expression that is generated from the inside out, learn symbolic gestures and be inspired by visual to create a bigger picture of a world we don’t always witness. For those with dance and choreographic experience.

Cost: £8 Times: 10.30-12:30 & 13.15-15.15

Closing Breath & Yoga workshop with Julie Hand – A gentle and restorative class to end the day, using flowing movements to melt away tension from the body and mind. Julie will help you create space for breath and prana to flow. Standing and seated options available and suitable for all.
