Teacher Bio 

Michelle Pennington

Working in the fitness industry since 2007, Michelle started as a Personal Trainer training a wide variety of clients. Her love of Pilates led her to qualify as a teacher in 2012 and she absolutely loves teaching. Recently qualifying as a reformer teacher Michelle now has a home studio where she see’s clients on a 1-1 basis and sessions are tailored to the clients individual needs.

When not teaching Michelle is usually running or walking. Practicing Pilates has helped with running as she feels so much stronger!
