Mandy is an ex-professional Dancer who trained at Bush Davies many years ago and danced world-wide for 10 years. She has also worked in the Fitness Industry since the age of 18 and now teaches Dance & Pilates full-time. “My first love is Dance and I feel privileged to be able to combine my passion for dance with keeping my mind and body healthy through teaching fitness as well. Pilates is the perfect compliment to everyone’s fitness goals and will keep us active and mobile for as long as possible. My Pilates for Dance is aimed at helping Dancer’s refine their technique, Posture, alignment and balance, regardless of the dance discipline they choose.”
