Parkinson’s Dance with Samantha Gillingham & Carla Black – Spring 2024

Running time: 90 minutes

This Parkinson’s Dance class is a social, fun 90 minute session designed specifically for the symptoms of Parkinson’s with movement and themes specifically suitable for the class ability.

These are fun Friday sessions in our Seafront Studio that start off with tea and biscuits in the foyer.  Everyone is welcome including carers who go free.

Classes are £6 (carers go free but must have a ticket purchased at the time of booking) and last 90 minutes to allow for plenty of dancing and socialising.

Teachers Carla Black and Sammy Gillingham have a wealth of experience in community dance practice and will ensure you have a supportive and creative time with us.

*All classes use the Parkinson’s Dance Science model co-founded by Neuro-Physiotherapist Dr Sophia Hulbert and Dance Artist Aimee Hobbs with support from Pavilion Dance.”
