Pregnancy yoga has many fantastic benefits. Classes are geared to provide comfort and for you to work at your own pace. Helping you to keep fit, maintain strength, improve mobility and a focus on postural alignment. Gentle stretches and somatics to release tension and ease any aches and pains. Classes include restorative relaxation and integrative hypnobirthing options some weeks, to help you birth with more calm and confidence whatever path your pregnancy journey takes.

Teacher Bio:

Being passionate about yoga, Amba is on a journey of lifetime learning, currently studying experiential anatomy with the latest understanding of fascial and movement patterns.

Her ethos is ‘Yoga is for everybody’ and she particularly enjoys bringing a balance of movement and yoga together in a playful explorative way.

Her classes usually combine some voice work, breath work, structural awareness, and relaxation along with the integrative movement and yoga asana practice.
