Flamenco Fit fuses traditional flamenco dance and fitness to transform your body and mind. No experience is necessary, just the desire to move.

Flamenco Fit is a complete, full-body workout. It combines high-energy cardio with flamenco-inspired movements to tone muscles, improve coordination, and burn calories. It's great exercise, fun movement and designed for all levels of fitness.

The Flamenco Fit dance class is designed for all levels. No prior dance or fitness experience is required. The flamenco steps are adapted to be accessible, and the focus is on having fun, moving, and getting fit.

The toning, cardio, and wellness benefits are universal and everyone is welcome to join in.

Teacher Patricia Llanderal is a certified Fitflamc (Flamenco Fitness) instructor dedicated to helping people improve their fitness, confidence and wellbeing through movement.
