How does your donation help?

Supports Health & Wellbeing

Our participants tell us that dance is a superpower that enhances their quality of life.  We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and work hard to create opportunities to participate in dance & movement and reap all the benefits it brings.

The best Friday afternoons ever – always different, always fun and a feeling of relaxation as well as hard work of course. Laughter and happy times.

Supports Young People

Our work with young people is a huge part of what we do at Pavilion Dance, from taking their first dance classes, all the way through to performing with our youth company on stage. We want to be there for every important milestone in a young person’s journey into dance and to ensure that cost is not a barrier.

Your donations help us to improve youth mental health through programmes like Breakin' Free and Shift, providing fun exercise and a safe, creative space for young people to move, express themselves and build lasting confidence and friendships.

Shift Dance is helping me change the things I struggle with.  It makes me feel free when I’m dancing.

I love dance on a Thursday. I really look forward to it all day at school.
