Mathieu Geffré teaches contemporary dance classes whose content has evolved through ongoing physical discovery across his career. He offers a training that supports dancers in remaining versatile, responsive, and open to a wide range of creative approaches.

The class gently draws on fundamental patterns from Cunningham technique, complemented by a sensorial approach inspired by Fasciatherapy. It explores a sense of verticality without compromising fluidity and movement. With a strong emphasis on musicality, the practice focuses on activating stabilising muscles and building a clear sense of centre, allowing efficiency and clarity to emerge in motion. The aim is to cultivate a body that is centred yet alert and fully in motion and connected to the pleasure of moving.
