With support from the Britford Trust, Artsreach have collaborated with Pavilion Dance to offer two 12-week series of uplifting, social dance classes designed especially for older adults aged 60+.
Join community dance artist Samantha Gillingham and discover the joy of moving to music in a friendly, relaxed environment. You’ll learn easy, enjoyable routines, boost your wellbeing, and share plenty of smiles along the way.
No experience is needed. Seated dance option available, so everyone can take part.
When: Thursdays, 2.30–4pm
