Deepen your school’s creative culture by collaborating with Pavilion Dance

Our Learning Associate Programme brings professional dance experiences into school life, enriching learning through access, engagement, and inspiration.

Pavilion Dance South West provide Learning Associates pupils and staff with professional dance artist workshops, opportunities to see live performances (both at your school and in our theatre) curriculum specific projects, show choreography, after school sessions, performance opportunities and responsive department support. Our school partners are also offered the chance to come together to perform and share and celebrate their success with each other in our venue & as part of our performance programme. Access & inclusivity is at the heart of what we do.

Over the past year, we are proud to have delivered workshops celebrating cultural dance traditions, Circus, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Street & Hip Hop, Northern Soul, Latin, Commercial & Puppetry, amongst many others. We provide inspiring and creative practitioners who are able to deliver sessions connected with any curriculum topic.

We also work alongside the BCP Cultural Hub to celebrate cross-arts projects and aid those who require help with funding.

For the 2025/26 academic year, there are three tiers of participation based on annual partnership fee;

  • £700 to become a Play Associate
  • £1,100 to become a Discover Associate
  • £1,750 to become a Dream Associate
