Moving to Music in Care Homes
Bringing joy, movement and connection to care home residents
We offer Moving to Music sessions in care homes to support residents in experiencing the joy of moving to music together. Our sessions are designed to encourage gentle physical activity, social interaction, and mental wellbeing in a fun and accessible way.
Dance is a beautiful and effective way to help your residents stay active, engaged, and uplifted; physically, emotionally, and socially.
