Line Dancing Event

Join us for our next Line Dance event! A fun and friendly evening of line dancing with instructors Sian and Tammy aka "Dusty Boots" who are ready to take you through a selection of beginner line dances so everyone can participate. You will also be entertained by the very talented DJCliffKnowsCountry who will play along for you live whilst you learn! We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of Country music, line dancing and plenty of laughs. Sian and Tammy will guide you through the steps, so whether it’s your first time or you already know your way around a dancefloor, you can get involved at your own pace. Come on your own, or bring friends, and get ready for a brilliant night of dancing!

What is a Line Dance

Line Dancing is associated with Country and Western music and often takes place in bars, social clubs, dance studios and ballrooms. A Line Dance is a choreographed routines where a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. These lines usually all face in the same direction, or less commonly face each other. Unlike Folk Dance styles or a Barn Dance, Line Dancers are not in physical contact with each other. 

Held in our stunning Ocean Theatre, our social dance nights are open to everyone. These events are more than just dances; they’re an opportunity to share in the joy of music, movement, and community.
