Set against the dazzling backdrop of the Jazz Age, Gatsby's world is filled with extravagant parties, impossible dreams and a desperate longing to recapture the past. But beneath the champagne and glamour lies a story of love and betrayal, of status and excess and the dangerous pursuit of something always just out of reach.
