About When Grief and Loss Shows Up at Work

A live, professionally facilitated, premiere-style learning experience.

This event is designed as a cinematic, podcast-led experience, combining curated audio, live facilitation, and shared reflection. It also marks the live launch of the Talking Grief podcast, delivered as a premiere-style learning event. Participants are invited to engage actively through guided reflection and facilitated interaction, within clear professional boundaries.

What the Event Explores

Grief and loss show up in many ways at work, including bereavement, as well as forms of loss that are often unseen or unsupported. The session explores:

  • Bereavement and loss
  • Career change or job loss
  • Shifts in identity
  • Health changes or diagnosis
  • Neurodivergence
  • Other significant life transitions

It considers how these experiences can affect well-being, performance and workplace relationships.
