We offer part-time, flexible and remote working, subject to the role requirements, and all staff have access to an external Employee Assistance Programme for confidential advice and assistance with personal, legal, financial, and family issues.

There are monthly staff meetings, where everyone has a voice; regular team one to one’s; annual appraisals and an open channel for training requests. Our Annual Staff Survey gives an opportunity for feedback on all things related to Pavilion Dance.
