With over thirty years’ experience of teaching Dance locally, Julie trained with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and is a qualified Ballet, Tap and Modern Theatre Teacher. From being principal of her own dance school, to teaching Tap to staff and students in a Secondary School, Julie is happiest in the dance studio choreographing and sharing her love of Tap Dance with others.
What has inspired her most? Having the opportunity to watch the England Team for five years at the World Tap Championships and seeing the amazing level of creativity and expertise from many different countries. Plus being lucky enough to attend Teachers’ workshops with ‘Tap Attack’ whenever possible.
