Working with community partners in some of the most deprived areas of Bournemouth and Poole to deliver Street Dance classes for children and Movement & Wellbeing classes for older residents
Movement for lower back pain
Developing a physiotherapy-informed dance class for people living with persistent lower back pain, using the power of dance to help manage pain, improve mobility, and boost overall wellbeing
Schools wellbeing programme
An in-school dance and wellbeing programme which enables young teenagers to improve their mental and physical health while building their resilience and self-esteem
Dance & Movement Opportunities
Through our weekly dance classes, like Parkinson's Dance, schools programmes, performances by world-class contemporary dance companies, and our popular free mass-participation outdoor Dancing Terraces events we bring the joy of dance to people of all ages and backgrounds.
