About Groove to Improve
Are you aged 60+ and living with long-term low back pain?
Discover the joy of moving to music in a welcoming, supportive space.
I can see a big difference in how I feel and move throughout my whole body. It’s been a great experience, opening up a lovely new way of keeping my body moving and stronger!
Developed in partnership with the Health Sciences University, Groove to Improve is a fun dance class designed to help you move with more ease, confidence, and freedom. This unique class blends dance and wellbeing for people living with long-term low back pain.
No dance experience? No problem! Seated options are available, and no partner is needed. All we ask is that you’re able to take part without the support of a carer.
