Open Doors: Moving Words Over 60s Dance Workshop

A technique and creative class designed for dancers aged over 60 years. Lead by community practitioner Michelle Hainsworth, and inspired by the latest work from Samphire Dance Company, come and join this fun and inclusive class. Michelle will guide you through contemporary based warm-up and exercises, as well as using poems to explore new movement.
